Privacy notice / 2026

Staff and visit privacy

This notice explains the information involved in reading the site, preparing a local note and contacting us.

Who this notice concerns

This notice applies to sproutsocialteamtrov.rest, an independent restaurant operations information website. For privacy questions, contact [email protected]. The site is not a restaurant employer, scheduling service or guest-reservation processor.

Reading the website

The supplied site code does not include analytics, advertising pixels, account registration or third-party embedded content. Pages, styles, scripts and images are requested from the site itself. Delivering a website necessarily exposes technical request information, such as an IP address, requested resource and browser headers, to the hosting infrastructure.

Hosting or security services may maintain operational logs under their own configuration. This notice does not claim that infrastructure produces no records, and the static website code does not determine a provider’s log-retention period. Any additional deployed service must be assessed and reflected in this notice as appropriate.

Using the message tool

The contact tool builds a plain-text note inside your browser. Its JavaScript does not submit the fields to a server, use them for analytics or save them to localStorage. Your browser may retain form values or page state according to its own settings.

Copying a note places its contents on your device clipboard. Other applications or clipboard-history features may have access under your device settings. Downloading creates a text file on your device. You control that file and should delete it when no longer needed. The Clear Draft control clears the page fields and preview; it does not erase an existing download, clipboard history or a message you have sent elsewhere.

If you email us

Emailing the contact address discloses your address, message contents and associated email metadata to the recipient and the services involved in delivery. Information is used to review the request, respond where appropriate and maintain necessary correspondence records. Do not send confidential employee or guest records.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, responding to ordinary editorial correspondence may rely on legitimate interests in handling enquiries; other purposes may require a different basis. Applicable rights and obligations depend on the circumstances and jurisdiction. Correspondence should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose and any applicable legal requirements, rather than indefinitely by default.

Sharing and transfers

The supplied website code does not sell contact details or transmit message drafts to third-party marketing services. Hosting and email delivery may involve service providers processing technical or correspondence data. Their processing locations and contractual safeguards depend on the services actually used; no particular hosting location is represented here.

Your choices and rights

You can browse without using the contact tool. Where applicable law grants access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability rights, contact the email address above to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify the request. Some records may need to be retained where a lawful exception applies.

You may also have the right to complain to your relevant data-protection authority. Do not include identity documents in an initial request unless a secure, necessary verification method has been agreed.

Cookies and changes

Read the cookie notice for the storage behaviour of the supplied site code. If the deployed website gains additional functionality, this notice should be updated to reflect the actual processing. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
